How to Use Events

  • Play during your Action Phase (instead of using a Strain)
  • Most require selecting a target
  • Effects resolve immediately

Strategy: Save Events for critical moments. Well-timed Events win games.

Territory Control

GG izi

Effect: Instantly seize any territory
Best for: Game-winning moves, stealing key territories

The ultimate finisher. Save it for when you need that 9th territory for domination, or to steal a high-value territory at game end.


Destruction Events

Crop Crusher

Effect: Destroy cards on an adjacent enemy territory
Best for: Softening defenses before attack

Use this to weaken a fortified territory before attacking it next turn.

Marijuana Mayhem

Effect: Destroy cards on up to 3 territories in a line
Best for: Mass destruction

Devastating against players who spread thin. Target a row with multiple enemies.

Clear Cut

Effect: Clear ALL cards from ALL territories
Best for: Desperate resets

Nuclear option. Use when losing badly and need to reset the board. Everyone loses defenders.

Stoner's Ruin

Effect: Permanently destroy a territory
Best for: Denying victory points

Remove a high-value territory from the game entirely. Great against Ganja Grove or THC Terrace.

Doom N Gloom

Effect: Destroy opponent's entire hand
Best for: Crippling opponents

Devastating mid-game when hands are full. Target the player with the most cards.


Card Draw Events

Green Rush

Effect: Draw 3 cards
Best for: Card advantage

Early game power-up. Three cards = three more options.

Puff Puff Pass

Effect: Look at top cards, keep 1, put rest back
Best for: Quality card selection

Better than a blind draw. You get to pick the best card.

The Come Down

Effect: Draw 1 card from discard pile
Best for: Recycling powerful cards

Retrieve that perfect Strain or Event you used earlier.

Searching 4 Scraps

Effect: Look at discard pile, take 1 card
Best for: Specific card recovery

Card Theft Events

Sticky Fingers

Effect: Steal 1 random card from opponent
Best for: Disruption + card advantage

Two-for-one: you gain a card AND they lose one.

Stash Snatch

Effect: Look at opponent's hand, steal a card
Best for: Targeted theft

See their entire hand and pick the card that hurts them most.

Dank Desert Synergy

If you control Dank Desert, every Event in your hand at game end = +1 VP. Sometimes hoarding Events is the winning strategy.
